Multilevel Marketing Sucks

You will always find people who say MLM sucks. Usually you will hear someone says MLM sucks, very early on in your MLM career. People saying MLM sucks is one of the biggest reasons of failure in MLM.

It all starts when you find an Network Marketing opportunity and decide to join. The first thing you do is contact your closest and most trusted people you know. The next thing your friend says is no good to your motivation. MLM sucks comes out of his or her mouth, and this is the beginning of failure. Anyone in sales understands when people say no, it does not matter as there is someone else who needs what you have to offer. Here follows a thought to consider before putting your future in the hands of others.

::: What your best friend never told you about MLM :::
Imagine you decided to join a top MLM company. You feel excited at the prospects of being part of something big, of being part of the top Network Marketing opportunity. Your best friend Terry comes to visit. You think to yourself great! You can now show your best friend Terry this great home biz opportunity you have found.

So you say to Terry Terry I have found this amazing MLM opportunity and I want us to work together, but Terry has different ideas. Terry starts telling you MLM is a scam. I have tried MLM, and its no use, he says. Terry says I asked all of my friends and family, and everyone said no. Terry goes on and on, and you cant even get a word in edgeways. By the end of your discussion Terry has made you so sceptical of MLM that however much you try to succeed in MLM that seed thought that Terry planted in your mind will stick for a long, long time.

When we hear this kind of information from a loved one, we soon feel like we are not going to succeed, after all - the Network Marketing opportunity is all the way somewhere else, while you have known this person for years. Who are you going to trust? What Terry never told you is the facts of why he failed in MLM. So, lets rewind a bit to after Terry tells us that he failed in MLM

So Terry why did you join MLM? Terry tells you, he joined because he thought within the next six months he would become a millionaire through MLM. You ask Terry but how long did you spend in the business opportunity. Terry tells you he would spend about an hour daily, but because there was interesting stuff on television he would end up spending one or two hours a week on the MLM opportunity.

You ask Terry if in the two months that he was part of the Network Marketing opportunity, if he tried learning to improve his home biz. Terry tells you he did all his learning in school, and theres no need to do anymore learning after that.

When you have passion for the home biz, the equation for success starts to form. This equation is passion (for your home biz) = profits. Success must be earned and thus takes time. Most people invest more time into their television than their home biz opportunity. You must be professional with your MLM home biz and set a reasonable amount of time to make your home biz a success.

On the balance of both sides of the argument, there are many people who are part of a MLM opportunity and earn substantial amounts of money, while work from home. There are also many people who just dont give MLM the time it requires to be successful. MLM is a business and we must be professional about MLM.
