Meanwhile, ANA will launch international and domestic LCC separately in 2007.
Other foreing airlines also receive some slots, but it is currently TBD.
According to Japan-China agreement on July, Chinese airlines will receive 28 slots.
Also NW/QF/LH/LX will likely to receive additional slots.

LH and LX both got 2, AY got 4, QF got 2 (I think), NW got slots to support 2nd daily 757 to Guam. Air China got all 28 designated for chinese carriers.
Convienent, given Air China's invitation to join Star Alliance ...
Depends on the time of day and the port of entry! It also helps if you have visa status.........my visits rarely take more than 5 minutes!
