ever since i got my new cat the neighbors baby keeps coming over to play with the cat but not literally play more like torture he yanks her tail, grabs her Ears and if you tell him to stop he cries!Tell your neighbor.
Also, taking the time to teach the child the right way to play with an animal sometimes works.You should tell the neighbor nicely that "your baby is hurting my cat and my cat could hurt him so can you tell him to stop hurting my cat please.thank you"
hope that can helpHow old is this kid? Because you can just tell the mom what's going on if he's too small. But if he's old enough, try to explain to him you have to be nice to animals, and you won't let him play with the cat if he can't be nice. You have to tell the baby's parents.Someone i know used to do that (kind of still does) and... it got ugly sometimes.
